Our $349 core assessment includes an approximately one-hour observational walkthrough and a prioritized written action plan for homes within our preferred roughly 30-minute travel area of Chicago’s West Ridge neighborhood. Requests outside that area are reviewed individually. An inquiry does not create an appointment or payment obligation.
Payment and scheduling
The Home Security Assessment costs $349, payable in full when you schedule. Your appointment is confirmed after payment is received.
Assessments are approximately one hour. A completed PDF report is provided within 24 hours after the on-site assessment.
For a full refund, please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.
If the assessment cannot be completed because of weather, an emergency, or another circumstance outside your control, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
