Home Security Assessment

Initial phone consultation is free (914-329-2397). The phone consultation will include both elements of home security and emergency preparedness. After that, I usually recommend a basic home security assessment to see what can be done to harden your home against break in, while keeping within your budget. Note, if your budget is too small for the basic home security assessment, there are lower cost options as well. Please call for details.

Lightweight Car/Office Get Home Safely Bag

Most of us are unable to carry a 10 lb or 20 lb bag on our backs while hiking home, which could be many miles in an emergency. Many would also have no idea when or how to use paracord and may not be able to safely use a firestarter. Both of these items are often included in go-bags and therefore create unnecessary, additional weight. Recognizing these realities, I have put together a lightweight Get Home Safely Bag for the car or office. (Note: This does not include the tools which should always be in your car to fix car-related issues such as flat tires.) This item allows non-survivalists (read: normal people) to manage an emergency that they could handle if given the right tools. If you are properly prepared, an emergency can be just an inconvenience. Items include:
