Is an inquiry a confirmed booking?
No. A request is reviewed first. Availability and any appointment are confirmed separately by a person. Do not treat an automated receipt as confirmation of a booking or payment.
Where are in-person assessments considered?
In-person requests in West Ridge ZIP 60645 and Skokie ZIP 60076 are reviewed case by case. Video assessments are also available. The request form does not guarantee that a particular location or time can be accepted.
How long does an assessment take?
