Assessments provide general observations and recommendations; they do not guarantee prevention of crime, injury, or loss, and are not emergency-response, legal, law-enforcement, or engineering services. Service area and appointment availability are confirmed case by case. Out-of-area inquiries do not require prepayment. In-person assessments are paid when scheduled; virtual/video assessments are $349 and paid when booked. Allow at least 24 hours’ notice; visits take about one hour. Reports are ordinarily delivered within 24 hours after the assessment is complete.
Cancel at least two hours before the appointment for a full refund. If SecurityPrepper cannot complete the assessment because you are unavailable, you may reschedule once at no charge. If you do not reschedule, or are unavailable twice, no refund is available. For weather or another emergency outside your control, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
